My Story

My journey with design has given me a multifaceted background where creative design has always been at the forefront.  I started my career training to be a goldsmith in the Accademia Delle Arti Orafe in Rome and a gemmologist in GIA London.

Before making the move into Interior design, I grew my own award-winning jewellery brand, ‘Willow & Clo’ for 7 years. This career path gave me a unique edge having being exposed to so many sides of the design process. I worked at trade shows from New York to Paris, utilised CAD for design and solely took on the production, manufacturing & procurement process.

Finding a symbiotic nature between the two design professions after curating the fit out for the ‘Willow & Clo’ store, I decided to pursue a career in Interior Design, studying at The Dublin Institute of Design. During my second year, I made the organic move to work in L’Estrange Designs, where I remained post graduating with full distinctions. I had always admired their work and been inspired by their cutting edge commercial designs in Ireland. The client-centric focus of L’Estrange and the collaborative team dynamic provided an immersive journey into the interiors world.

Moving to London in 2021, my vision has been to translate my varying depth of knowledge and experience into a unique creative factor within my projects for CTD Designs. I have found working within a team, as an individual on projects and running my own business, it has given me a diverse approach to design. I enjoy the collaborative nature of interior projects working to bring visions alive with a niche perspective.

The images above bring you along a visual time-line. From opening my Willow & Clo boutique and selling my hand crafted jewellery. The journey of bringing my CAD knowledge and going back into education to learn to be an interior designer. To 3D modelling, technical tender packs and then on to the last image of one of my favourite projects.
